Refund Policy for Prime Global Marketing

At Prime Global Marketing, we are committed to delivering high-quality, professional digital marketing and SEO services. We invest significant time, resources, and expertise into strategy development and campaign execution from the start of every engagement. Due to the custom, service-based, and results-in-progress nature of our work, we have the following refund policy in place.
1. General Policy
All fees paid for our services are non-refundable, except as explicitly stated in this policy. This includes monthly retainer fees, project-based deposits, and one-time setup fees.
By engaging our services and making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
2. Service-Specific Refund Conditions
- Monthly Retainer Services (SEO, PPC Management, Social Media): Fees are billed in advance for the coming month of service. Due to the immediate allocation of resources and commencement of work, monthly fees are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel ongoing services, you must provide written notice at least 10 business days before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the subsequent month. There are no refunds for partial months of service.
- Project-Based Work (Website Design, Branding): A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required to begin project work. This deposit secures your project timeline and covers initial strategy and planning. This deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final deliverables are transferred. Refunds for the final balance are only considered if the final deliverables fundamentally fail to meet the core specifications explicitly outlined in the project’s approved proposal or scope of work.
- One-Time Fees (Audits, Strategy Sessions): These fees are for the immediate delivery of expert analysis, consultation, and reporting. As the service is rendered and the intellectual property (the report or advice) is delivered upon payment, these fees are non-refundable.
3. Cancellation of Services
You may cancel any ongoing service by providing written notice via email to contact@primeglobalsourcings.com. Your service will remain active, and you will retain access to all deliverables until the end of your current paid billing period. No prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining days in a billing cycle after cancellation.
4. Dispute & Dissatisfaction Resolution
We stand by the quality of our work. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately so we can work to resolve the issue. Our primary goal is your satisfaction, and we will make every reasonable effort to address concerns and correct any performance that does not align with our agreed-upon scope.

5. Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered in the following exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of Prime Global Marketing management:
- We fail to initiate a service that you have paid for, without providing a reasonable alternative.
- A proven, material error on our part that makes the delivered service fundamentally unusable and cannot be rectified in a reasonable timeframe.
